THE NOTARY

In order for a real estate transaction to be effective, it must be able to take the authentic form by signing a deed of sale and purchase before a notary. The notary is responsible for carrying out the necessary administrative procedures and ensures that all parties agree on each article of the contract.

FEES AND SIGNATURE

The purchase costs are the responsibility of the purchaser who, according to usage, generally has the choice of the notary. These amounts are also due to the purchase price and form an integral part of the equity capital and cannot therefore be included in the mortgage loan.

By accompanying you throughout your project, we also take care of the necessary steps to prepare the draft deed of sale/purchase and are present at your side during the completion of the transaction before a notary.
